Bartender

We are hiring a Bartender at our gorgeous Mt Gravatt venue 🍸

Paninni’s offers premium Italian dining in a relaxed and welcoming environment. As a bartender here, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. 

Requirements:

  • Experience as a bartender in a premium establishment

  • Knowledge of cocktail making

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Knowledge of liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and best practices in responsible alcohol service

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Full-time position available for the right candidate (Wed - Sun) - paid award rates.

Section Waiter

We are hiring a Section Waiter at our gorgeous Mt Gravatt venue! We’re looking for a fun, reliable and experienced waiter 🍷🍝

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of your section, and creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a section waiter, with knowledge in Italian cuisine preferred

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 

  • Understanding of restaurant procedures, including reservation management and POS systems

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
